La Pino'z Pizza, Naranpura — Restaurant in Gujarat

The taste was awesome when it was started 5 years ago, but after the huge success they have not maintain the taste and its getting worst on each passing day. Customer service is pathetic nowadays we have to wait more than 20 minutes for just to clean the table. Bed taste bed behavior. Order almost 3 pizzas (total approx. 1400 Rs. bill) and they provided only one oregano chill flex... when we have asked for one more.. I got answer that “sir we don’t have extra oregano and chilly packets and it will be deliver to store after 10 days. So I can give only one oregano per order” I was ready to pay for extra charge as well but they are not to listen anything from customer. They decreased the size of pizza now a days for e.g. we ordered large but the size came like medium this was not expected from the store. The saddest experience I have ever had taste is very bad even they are sending the pizza which not even fresh I just received the food which is not even a bit hot. Poor Service. Take too much of time for giving 3 Pizza. They asked me to wait for 25 minutes. But they take around 45 minutes. Very Bad Service... Don't Visit this place. They don't even cancel your order. And Take...

Smug and oversmart manager didn't let us sit on the better tables that were empty....kept repeating like a broken record 'a party of 15 is coming...a party of 15 is coming' and told us to to sit on the table next to the cash counter where all sorts of dirt, wrappers, leftovers,menu were accumalated

We felt disgusted and left to have dinner at the restaurant next door...we left the buidling area after one hour and those tables on which that party of 15 was supposed to come were still empty proving the manager lied to us for the reason best known to him

Never ever ordering from this outlet and ofcourse Never visiting this branch as they have no respect their customers.

A lesson to the owners of the branch...if you ever read this...just let go of these type of managers...your business is much better off...

Very Pathetic Experience!

Avoid visiting during rush hours. We recently went there and ordered peri peri pizza along with seven cheesy pizzas. When the pizzas arrived, we were extremely disappointed. The crusts were much thinner than usual, and there was very little sauce, making it feel like we were just eating dough.

I wouldn’t have rated this experience one star if the staff had addressed our concerns properly. However, when we mentioned our issue to a staff member who appeared to be at the manager level, he simply responded, “Sir, the base is always like this,” and then ignored us.

If you can't consistently maintain quality, at the very least, please handle customer feedback more effectively.
