I recently tried the Jain Cheezy 7 pizzas from Lapino’s, and while the flavor was decent, there were a few hiccups in my order that I think could use some attention.

For starters, I was really looking forward to the cream cheese topping, which is supposed to be a signature part of the pizza. Unfortunately, it was missing from my order. I understand things can sometimes run out, but a heads-up when I placed my order would’ve been appreciated. Communication here could definitely be better.

Additionally, the pizzas arrived a little colder than expected, which was a bit of a letdown. I know delivery times can vary, but warm, fresh pizza is always the best experience.

However, I did reach out to customer service to share my feedback, and I have to give credit where it’s due. They were really polite and understanding of the issue. They immediately acknowledged the mistake and offered a refund or credit for my next order. It was reassuring to see that they took the feedback seriously and were eager to resolve the situation. While I didn’t get the cream cheese topping this time, I was impressed by how they handled the situation and made sure I was satisfied.

Overall, while the pizza flavor was good, the delivery experience could’ve been smoother, and better communication would have made a big difference. But I appreciate how customer service turned things around, and I would be open to giving them another shot...

The outlet is newly added in this area which is located in prime place near Prahlad Nagar besides marutinandan restaurant in Dev Aurum. Such a spacious outlet it is and apart from dine in area it's also having separate department for waiting area with some tables where also people can eat. As per the constant taste of the name of the franchise we'll find the same quality of food and the chocolate lava was also yum. Service Timing is littel bit more. It's recommended for pizza lovers and on Wednesday and Friday you'll get the BOGO-Buy one get one free. Large size BOGO pizza is sufficient for 3-4 persons. Paneer tikka and 7 cheese pizza is awesome. In jain there are only 4 varieties of pizzas in which 2 types is having pinneapple and even Margherita pizza was also not available in Jain.
