Had Ordered 2 LARGE Pizza -BOGO via their App.
Tought it's important to share my experience with others so they can make an informed decision before ordering from this restaurant, There were several issues with my order that left me feeling disappointed.
Firstly, the pizza received was not up to standard. It was cold and hard, which suggests that it may have been sitting out for a while or non use of Hot Bag before it was delivered to me. This is unacceptable for any pizza restaurant, and it's especially disappointing when you've paid good money for a meal that is not fresh and hot.
In addition, the 7 Cheese and ALA Mexican Pizza , I ordered had less content than I was expecting. When you order a pizza, you expect it to be made with the proper amount of ingredients, as advertised. It's frustrating when you receive a pizza that doesn't meet your expectations, especially when you're paying a premium price for it.
Furthermore, I had specifically ordered a pan pizza, but received a thin crust pizza instead. This is a clear mistake on the part of the restaurant and shows a lack of attention to detail. When customers place an order, they expect to receive exactly what they asked for. It's disappointing and frustrating when the restaurant fails to fulfill the order correctly.
Wondering are they cutting corners due to BOGO offer , Trust its not True . If this is true, it's concerning as it suggests that the restaurant may not be offering genuine discounts to their customers. Customers should be able to trust that the deals and offers advertised by the restaurant are legitimate.
In summary, my experience with LA PINO'Z pizza in South Bopal was disappointing due to the cold and hard pizza, the lack of content on the 7 Cheese pizza and ALA Mexican Pizza , the incorrect type of pizza delivered, and concerns about the legitimacy of their BOGO offer.
It's important for the restaurant to address these issues and make improvements to ensure a better experience for their customers.

The taste was as perfect as ever. Surely the same taste as it is with the other branch. The place is pretty tiny but surely has lot more seating then the bodakdev branch. Being a sunday evening, we expected huge rush and thus placed the order for pickup over phone. On reaching the place we were surprised to find it empty. Was asked to wait for 5 mins since the pizza was already in the oven. Post my order there were another walkin customer who after 5 mins of discussion amongst them, place an order. While I kept on waiting for my order for 15 mins, the staff happily keeps on gossiping amongst themselves and serve the order placed by the couple almost 20 mins after my order. But there was so much of rush which I can understand but how they were handling customers needs to be corrected. Token display was off so all customers were wondering when their order will be ready. Also to give token for online orders they were asking everyone for phone no. Rather they would have just announced in sequence and respective customer would have collected token. Overall customer handling needs lot of improvement. I spend more than 1.5 hrs at outlet to collect order and this was after making order online and went to outlet after half an hour. Now coming to food quality it was also not up to the mark may be because they had rush of orders to complete. They should ensure quality over quantity. Dissatisfied customers due to quality can impact business more than denying accepting new orders. If you can't serve best of your quality then no need to accept orders.
