La Pino'z Pizza — Restaurant in Gujarat

Visited Lapinoz Pizza recently for a quick dine-in meal and had a really satisfying experience. We ordered two pizzas – Burn to Hell and Farm Fresh, using their 1+1 BOGO offer, which was a great deal!

🕒 Waiting time was super low – we got our order surprisingly fast. The staff was efficient, and the service was quick. Pizzas were served piping hot and fresh, just the way they should be.

🔥 Burn to Hell is only for true spice lovers! It’s insanely spicy – loaded with fiery toppings and a bold, intense flavor. 🌶️🌶️🌶️ Definitely not for the faint-hearted. If you love a spicy challenge, you’ll enjoy every bite.

🥗 Farm Fresh was a great contrast – light, flavorful, and topped with fresh vegetables. It helped balance out the heat from Burn to Hell and was refreshing in its own way.

🍕 The BOGO deal made the whole meal very affordable, especially for dining in. Great quality at a budget-friendly price.

I had a truly disappointing experience with La Pino’z Pizza. I placed an order expecting delivery within the promised 30-35 minutes since the store is only 2 km away. After multiple calls, I spoke with a gentleman who assured me that a delivery executive was available and that the pizza would be prepared quickly. However, despite their claims, my order sat "under preparation" for over 40 minutes.

I specifically requested that they provide proper instructions to the delivery driver, as past experiences had shown me that the food often arrives mishandled. Unfortunately, my concerns were ignored. When the pizza finally arrived, both were stuck to the box and half-folded, a clear indication of poor handling.

When I called the store to address this issue, the same representative simply expressed helplessness and asked me to wait another 30 minutes for a replacement. So, instead of the 30-35 minutes initially promised, I was left waiting nearly an hour and a half for a proper order.

Overall, the service was abysmal, and the lack of accountability was frustrating. I can't recommend this particular store of La Pino’z Pizza based on this...
