Lemon restaurant — Restaurant in Gujarat

First thing, I would like to give negative rating. Since we do not have option of negative rating, updated 1 start.

Now to start with why I am saying negative rating. Following are the reasons:

1. This restaurant has given Marketing promotion project to Laxmi Promoters. So I purchased the Complementary offers from the Representative of Laxmi Promoters. So now when I went to this Restaurant with this coupon, they were looking at us as if we were beggars. So would like to tell u guys this is the worst services i have faced. Guys we are not coming at ur place free, we have paid advance money i.e. invested money in ur restaurant. We trusted you thats why we purchased ur offers paying advance money. If you can't absorb it, you shouldn't market ur restaurant. Am I clear on this?

2. Now about the Food quality, we ordered Veg Lolipop. We waited for 40 minutes to get the order. That's acceptable if we get the food with good quality. We saw the product and asked serving waiter what is this? Reply received from waiter that Chef changed so Recipe changed. I wonder how lolipop n Manchurian will be same. What this Chef did that Instead of circle Manchurian, he made the shape of lolipop Manchurian and also stuffing was kacha. Also We went there first time with this promotion, so this manager sends to his assistant and telling us that you need to spend something else with this. So guys if you can't bear this promotions, then why are you giving it? Atleast we can save our money n never visit ur place.

Now I don't know whether this treatment was given to us because of promotion offers.

Best part is that this restaurant is in the heart of Maninagar Ahmedabad and having so lower class mentality.

So I would suggest all the Food lovers, Never visit this Restaurant. Also Do not purchase any promotional offer for this Restaurant. They don't care about...

This is what happened for the first time I had faced the issue here. Basic needs was not served properly i.e. water.

Second on the table one of the most item is served in every restaurant i.e. pickle and Onion. Generally 100 percent of the restaurant they keep water, pickle and Onion without called from the customer side.

Whatever order was given only one excuse from the management side i.e. it will take 10 to 15 min. Even they were not listening or get connected properly with the customer and customer have to peep here and there to call or wait for the management for further orders.

One more thing that is generally in many of the restaurant any vegetables is order it will be around 350 to 400 grams, but i had face that according to price we should get as mentioned grams above not 300 or below that. Though Food quality is not that much bad but need to think from the view of customer.

This it was i had a bad experience in this restaurant.
