Pathetic service. We went there after reading so many positive reviews on google but it turned out to be the worst decision.
First of all, if you have made your decision to go there- pls do reservation in advance otherwise you will have to wait for 45 mins to 1 hour there. Waiting area is very large, while seeing the crowd there- we thought that it must be a very good restaurant that's why so many people are coming here.
When our turn came, the person took us to main hall where we were supposed to dine in. He showed us the table from the main gate of the hall but we couldn't get it properly so I asked him again, but till that time he left in hurry without listening to us.
Coming to the food part, food was literally below average with high prices (We tried north Indian food so not sure abt other things, but north indian wasn't good). Also, the quantity was very less compared to the price they charge.
Coming to the service part, it was the worst service I have ever seen by any restaurant. Found the staff very rude. The place is so over crowded that staff run inbetween to manage everything. Service was slow. Also the table are so close to each other that if you bring your chair a bit out, it will create problem for the staff to move there.
When our bill came, my father was out of the hall because he wanted to attend a call and it was so noisy inside. So, we were waiting for my father to come. But the staff memeber came and asked me why there is delay in your payment and I told him that, once my father comes- we will pay. But till the time my father didn't come, he stood just behind us like we were to leave without paying.
Also the staff is in so hurry, that once they look that you are about to complete your food, they will start walking around your table continously, this made us uncomfortable and we had to complete it fast.
Also, it doesn't feel like a fine dine restaurant- it was like a college canteen having so much of noise that you can't talk within your group too.

Read moreTruly a Gourmet kitchen holistically but overpriced. They are giving a good authentic taste but it's not for middle class for sure. I think if they make a little extra effort then it can get a Michelin star too. Let me be honest with the things I observed, have included the bill either in photos to get the exact names of items we ordered. It is a bit of higher side i.e. around 600 to 800 per person at least. Sorry for the average pics, since we sat outside there was not ample lighting for quality pics. Since they are doing only ala carta the pp cost will surely go high. However, these days people prefer to go in buffet in such cost like Mad over Grills, Grill kitchen, Papa Louise's pizza as these serve at least 35 items so every one is happy. Coming to the menu here are the likes and dislikes. Likes - Mushroom soup, Ching may mushroom started basically chilly mushroom and thai green curry these were all authentic and up to the mark though a bit pricy but I think they give a good ambience and hospitality for sure. Didn't like - Masala papad rubbish for 70inr and waffle which wasn't soft at all and not even hot. Also, due to covid times we avoided close AC seating and preferred to sit on outside tables but here we sweat like hell since no direct fans which is a big no for a person like me to go again. When we came we were like just 3 4 cars and in half an hour the whole restaurant was full and even waiting which scared me a little and luckily I didn't sit inside in closed ac area in this covid times since everyone removes mask...
