Hotel RR Palace — Hotel in Gujarat

We checked in early morning and so had to pay extra charges for early check in the hotel. The room was quite okay and seems to be just used by some other visitors but it was cleaned by the hotel housekeeping staff. The room was fully furnished with one television and also there was wifi connection which was free. The complimentary free breakfast was served immediately after we checked in which was delightful. The bathroom had the provision for both (hot and cold water). Overall...

Well...the only nice thing about the place, is that the staff is good. Real good. Never rude. This is OYO hotel and they are probably doing this to get high ratings, but they were real polite and their attitude was to give service. But the place, simply has not got it. Everytime something is wrong here. One moment the AC is not working, another moment, the water is not running....

Pro: OYO compatibility Cons: 1) Room given to us had bad plumbing and a really tall window which gave us privacy concerns. 2) Plumbing in the bathroom is not good. 3) Hard to find. 4) Cost a lot for what they offer... (They should give the rooms for free!) 5) The rooms are tiny as compared...
