xtremely Disappointing Experience – Not Even Worth 1 Star

I recently arranged my engagement function at this banquet hall with a booking for 120 guests. From the beginning, they spoke very sweetly and gave us big promises, but once the event began, their true behavior and lack of professionalism were exposed.

At the time of final payment, Mr. Mukesh and his team claimed that 190 people attended, which is completely false. Actual attendance was around 130–135, which is a normal variation. Still, they charged us for 190 plates without any justification. There was also a Sardarji involved in the headcount who was giving wrong numbers.

To make it worse, the food was not served properly. When our close family members sat to eat at the end, they were told nothing was left – just gulab jamuns were offered. This is unacceptable in any event, especially when payment is being forced for extra plates. At the time of booking, we were told food would be served until 11:30 PM, but the counters were closed by 11 PM, and many of our guests, including family members, left without eating.

There was no proper air conditioning during the event, despite it being included in the booking. On top of that, while we were busy managing the function, Mr. Mukesh repeatedly disturbed us, especially my brother-in-law, by insisting we "sit for payment" — in the middle of the function! This clearly shows he knew he was doing wrong and was pushing for payment before we realized the mismanagement.

Security was also a major issue — several unknown people (5–6 women not from either family) entered the venue freely, which shows there was no gate management or control.

Regarding decor, we had paid for a "Smoke Entry" with Golden Matkas, but on the day, he gave us Steel Matkas, which looked very poor and completely spoiled the grand entry moment.

Even the owner was rude and uncooperative. After a lot of arguments and stress, they refunded only a small portion of the extra plate charges — some are still pending and not refunded.

This place is all about making money, not about delivering quality service. They use sweet words to trap you at the time of booking but fail completely on promises.

If there was an option to give below 1 star, I would have selected that. Do NOT trust them with your special day — it was truly a nightmare and the worst...

The starters are bold, flavorful, and thoughtfully plated. The main course continues the journey with depth, balance, and richness that doesn’t just satiate, it excites.

Now, if you trust one recommendation from this review—do not leave without trying the “Naagin Cheese Croquettes.” I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s one of the best starters I’ve had in recent times. Crispy on the outside, oozing cheesy goodness on the inside, with a subtle kick of spice that lingers just enough—it’s a dish I’ll keep coming back for. It’s comforting yet creative, and exactly the kind of surprise I look for.

Celebrated my niece’s birthday at The Vibe-X Banquet and it turned into one of those days we’ll all remember for a long time. From the moment we walked in, the hall felt so warm and inviting — beautifully decorated with fresh flowers and soft lights that somehow made it festive yet cozy.

The kids couldn’t wait to explore the space, and before we knew it, they had set up their own little dance floor right by the stage. Meanwhile, the staff kept bringing out plates of fries and pizzas for them without us even asking — such thoughtful service.

What truly impressed us was how the staff handled everything so patiently, even when a bunch of kids decided to ‘help’ at the cake table and nearly toppled it. They calmly helped rearrange things and kept the kids smiling. Even when it got late and guests were still catching up over dessert, not once did we feel hurried.
