Not a regular customer. once in quarter I visit but day by day quality of food, quality of staff and overall experience is on diminishing mode. Yesterday visited, after entering I saw there was one staff at counter and she was too busy with too many customers, also there were some payment issues I thought. Then I preferred to order through kiosk. It was not working properly but somehow, I put order. Now you can’t pay through kiosk. Other options were not working. You have to go to counter only. Again, went to counter and follow the queue and waited for turn. So, no advantage of using kiosk. Now at counter I came to know that you have to pay cash as on Sunday evening their system got crash!!!! Can you believe? My order amount was small but I didn’t have that cash also so I cancelled something and managed to pay cash to finish the fuss. Now after waiting, it was showing order ready but no one was delivering. I waited again, and after sometime they asked to collect. They just put on screen almost 10 min before. We collect it and left. Now quality of food again was not good. Bun quality was poor, also it was cold not even warm. For dine in also they were not delivering.
