I recently had the pleasure of dining at Surti Dosa and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience! I ordered two Mysore Dosas with Sabji, and I must say it was superb. The flavors were just right, and the dosas had the perfect balance of crispness and softness that made it a truly delightful dish to savor.

The side dishes of sambar and chutney were equally impressive. The sambar had a nice tangy flavor which complemented the dosa well. And the chutney was absolutely delicious - it was the perfect blend of spiciness and creaminess that I couldn't resist dipping my dosa into multiple times.
