McDonald's — Restaurant in Gujarat

I would like to express my utmost disappointment regarding the abysmal behavior of the staff at the branch, particularly the night shift employee whose name (possibly Ravi, though he wasn't wearing his name tag). Despite the official closing time being 1 am, he callously switched off all the lights at 12:15 am while we were still in the midst of our meal. When we politely requested him to switch them back on for a few minutes so we could finish our meals, his response was utterly unprofessional. We were misled by the staff (same person particularly) who falsely claimed that they had informed us in advance about the restaurant only offering take-away service at that point . Contrary to their statement, they only allowed us to sit and eat at a table, infact they only were serving us on the table , without ever mentioning the option of take-away. This incident has left me deeply disheartened. Moreover, when we mentioned our intention to share this experience and review the restaurant, he shamelessly smirked and sarcastically encouraged us to do so, clearly indicating his lack of concern for both the customers and the reputation of McDonald's. I vow never to visit this branch again. This whole experience has left me...

Surat's McDonald's outlet was worst...had been through many outlets all over India... But this one was pathetic...as it was weekend...th place was fully packed with burger lovers....there were 3 billing counter...1st problem only 1 out of 3 counter was working...and th person taking orders was very slow..not that tech savvy....2nd he was being rude and had to repeat, still he was not interested in listening...the system was very slow... people standing in the queue were increasing,there were kids who were getting harrassed...3rd another employee by mistake had spilled the entire milkshake and it was all over th floor... people were walking all around making th entire floor sticky and dirty...but no one came to clean it ..4th and th most important...th a/c was off ..all were sweating....we had to request to switch on th a/c and after that th floor manager Mr Rahul switched on th a/c...it was such an disappointing...
