Whole process was confusing by the time I am writing. Firstly I have noticed a quite long line. Order was placed and these two stars are for that. After placing an order we were waiting for more than expected. We were told that we will announce the order number. But in the room where we were sitting had no way to let us know that our meal is ready neither we could hear the voice nor we can see the order number. Hence I had to wait for the turn to recieve the meal. After waiting for a long time. I have noticed that it will take like 15 minutes so went back to our place and came back after 10 mins and order was ready but no-one was there to handover the bill. The plate was on the counter but I could not take that because coke was missing. I have requested to give a coke but the staff was so much busy it felt like they don't care and I could see total chaos inside the kitchen and frustration. After another 5 min Coke was delivered but staff had already left bad taste and I am no longer enthusiastic about this place. I won't go to this place again. Generally we come to this place to relax and spend more time with family but it can't be done here. And I have to cut 3 for...

These people are bunch of idiots, plz take my advise not to order from McDonald's app especially using coupon code "go free" and don't pay in advance. They deliver the food after 2 hrs, that too when u visit the outlet and make them realise that ur order is in kitchen since last 2 hrs. Not only this, when u visit the outlet and call them over the provided number from the app, these guys don't even know where the hell is the phone. Certainly u will realise that it's better to immediately move to nearby Domino's to eat as McDonald's idiots are not from this planet, and ur order will come to u from different planet, the time it will reach you- u might hv died and took another janam/birth on earth, moreover when they reach destination - they try to convince the person that the food is fresh and can be eat however the person ordered is already died .... somehow I managed to stay alive and therefore can write this feedback. I charity the ordered food to McDonald's staff to make them understand that plz deliver the food in this era only and not a decade back as it will be...
