I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding an extremely disappointing experience at the McDonald’s Tragad outlet on 24th June at around 1:30 AM—well before their official closing time of 2:00 AM.

We visited the outlet intending to redeem McPuff and Chicken Burger offers via the McDonald’s app. However, the in-store employee Shubham, after confirming with Ronak, told us that only McCheese and Paneer Burgers were available, and outright refused to serve us the items we had requested—both for takeaway and even for dine-in, despite it being well within business hours.

Feeling disappointed and confused, we left after ordering only a Strawberry Shake.

Shortly afterward, to our surprise, we were able to successfully place an order for the same items via Zomato, and they were prepared and delivered—clearly indicating that the items were in stock, contrary to what we were told in-store.

We returned to the outlet to confront the staff, where the manager, Mr. Faizan, admitted it was a mistake and apologized. However, employees Shubham and Ronak refused to acknowledge the issue, showed no remorse, and did not even engage in a conversation with us. Their dismissive attitude and lack of accountability were completely unacceptable.

This experience reflects not just poor service, but deliberate neglect of duty and disrespect toward customers. I am extremely disappointed by this behavior and the clear mismatch between online and in-store service.

I strongly urge McDonald’s India to take this matter seriously and initiate appropriate disciplinary action against the staff involved to ensure this kind of treatment is never repeated. I hope to receive a formal response outlining the action taken.

I placed an order for food with your establishment. Despite the considerable passage of time, the delivery has not yet been made. In an attempt to ascertain the status of my order, I made multiple calls to your branch. Regrettably, each time I inquired, I was informed that the delivery person had left to deliver my order. However, upon checking the online order tracking system, I noticed that the status remained "IN Kitchen" rather than "Out of Delivery."

After a prolonged period, the status eventually changed to "Out of Delivery," and I was provided with the contact number of the delivery person. Upon reaching out to the delivery person, I was informed that my order was one among several to be delivered, all of which were in the opposite direction of my location. Consequently, when the food arrived, it was not as hot and fresh as expected, resulting in a significant loss of taste and quality.

Upon expressing my concerns to the delivery person regarding the condition of the food, I was advised that I could cancel the order. This response, coupled with the delay and the unsatisfactory condition of the food, has left me deeply disappointed with the level of service provided by your branch.
