So where do I start, so to avoid the queue I opted to order and also paid at the kiosk, using the table service option as prompted. It took 25 mins until someone was screaming my order no from the self service counter, so table service is clearly not gonna happen, I went to collect my order and the sraff just disappeared, and I had to wait for him as the drink wasn't there, then he is back after 2 mins and says drink on the other counter, to which the other staff says that's not available, so will give you the alternative, which was fine so I accepted and ok and I asked if he would get it to my table and he obliged, so one good thing so far, then when i asked for Chilli sauce, the stock was over, which was a bit surprising in a place like McDonald's, but ok.. now this is the main reason why my rating is 2, the burger was cold.. the burger bun felt straight out of the fridge, the patty itself was just about a little warmer than room temperature and the queue at the counter was so long that it wasn't even worth the wait anymore, the burger was so disappointing that had to leave it.. I normally would have given this 1, but as the drink was good and the second staff was friendly and plus the fries were spot on, nice and hot with right amount of salt, they get 2 today. The place definitely needs more experienced staff and maybe a floor manager around to see what's happening.. staff is just running around screaming like headless chickens and customers don't look so pleased.. bad start for a new outlet.
