New Freezeland — Restaurant in Gujarat

This is my favourite place to hangout in the area because they also serve multi grain bread and if you look closely you will find a health sandwich option with health bread in menu. So you can hangout regularly with out worrying about unhealthy junk to eat. Also cold coffee here is great, it is one of my favourites. They have also introduced many fast food options now that no one have to compromise with their choices. Service is really important for all restaurants but i had really bad experience at this location of freezland, that i would like to share with all my dear friends. I order tandoori paneer and came back to table and i saw a special offer for wednesday. I went back to cashier (Mr.Jignesh) and asked him to change the order to BFL sandwich within 1min but he said we can not change the order once it's enteredin the system. I don't know if he was right or wrong but i think if i am changing my mind they should look after their internal data...

Manager/owner of this branch doesn't have manners to talk with customers.

I visited them during Navratri 11PM, cashier was frustrated due to lack of staff and spoiled food experience to start with.

The taste of BFL (most popular product) wasn't up to the mark (compare with main branch, law garden). Mojito was prepared in hurry, taste was so bad had to throw it away (carelessness in preparation)

Avoid this specific branch of you're die hard fan of sandwich and feezland.
