A Disastrous Dining Experience – Service So Poor, It’s Unbelievable

I rarely have negative experiences, but my recent experience at Parsadam – Naivedhyam The Divine South was so appalling that I feel compelled to warn others.

Let me start with the one redeeming aspect: the food. The food ordered for my family was, thankfully, up to standard. The dishes were flavorful. However, this is the ONLY positive.

Service: A Complete Disaster: The service was nothing short of abysmal. Late serving and that too the wrong order. To add insult to injury, I had specifically ordered Swaminarayan dosas for some of my relatives, yet was served them with onions.

Power Outage: A Lack of Preparedness: Midway through our meal, the lights went out. While power outages can happen, the lack of backup lighting or any contingency plan was glaringly evident. We were left in the dark, both literally and figuratively.

Throughout the ordeal, there was no proper communication from the staff regarding the status of our order. They had no idea which items had been served and which were still pending not just for our table but all tables. This lack of transparency added to the frustration.

While the food was acceptable, the overall experience was marred by poor service, lack of professionalism, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience that too ''fine dining''. Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Worth It

Went here for authentic food and honestly, it was a terrible decision.

Waited 10–15 minutes for a table, which was okay, but the staff's behavior was unacceptable. The server rudely told us not to place items one by one due to the rush that’s literally your job.

The food was below average:

Rava Biscuit Dosa came as just 3 small pieces.

Uttapam Platter was missing one piece.

Mysore Masala Dosa was bland and disappointing.

Only the Maharani Dosa tasted good.

We also ordered two sweet lassis tasted exactly like diluted Amul Elaichi Shrikhand. Just awful. Only one arrived at first; we had to remind them about the second. When it finally came and we asked to return it, the server flatly refused, saying, “It’s already here, you have to take it.” Terrible service all around.

The hygiene was poor especially the washroom and the water bottle on the table, which we thought was packaged, was actually reused and filled with RO water. They admitted this when asked.

Visited Naivedhyam for first time the atmosphere is absolutely so divine just like it's sounds " the divine south" the interior of bells shows the essence of south india the staff follows the customs through their dressing was so good to see defines culture of south ! Food was absolutely excellent pure taste of south cuisine in vadodara haven't experienced before this! Recommended food : Thatte ghee podi idli , palak masala dosa We had above these items and everything was so good specially the idli and dosa the crisp creates a magic ! The correction want for Naivedhyam team to do is with Sambhar that was only drawback.. we tried south cuisine at different places and Sambhar constiency is usually thick and consist of different vegetables so that's only to work on otherwise everything is great here !
