This falls in the category of worst pizza I ever had. I mostly order from La Pinoz, but as it was closed so gave a try to this outlet. However the bread used to cook was so worst, no at all fresh and the taste was pathetic. Doesn't recommend at all.

This is extremely disappointing. My order was supposed to be delivered in 30 mins, but it arrived after 1 hour. I had guests at my place who were already getting late, and the food made the situation worse — it was ice cold, tasted terrible, and completely ruined the experience. I trusted Swiggy and Ovenstory Pizza for quality and timely service, but this is unacceptable. I am uninstalling the app from all my family members’ phones and will never order from Swiggy or Ovenstory again. I expect a full refund and compensation for...

Ordered pizza from eatsure but get worst pizza of my life .Pizza base was like raw bread and sauces and cheese was nearly absent. also get ill due to the food quality complained about on platform but they didnt respond.medical expenses were more than food cost who will be responsible for...
