Oven Story — Restaurant in Gujarat

I am absolutely furious with my recent experience at Oven Story. I ordered two pizzas — one arrived completely incorrect, and the other was practically bare, like the worst pizza of my life, with just one or two tomato pieces and barely any cheese or toppings. The pizza was also undercooked and just inedible, forcing us to throw it away.

What made it worse was the complete lack of support. I reached out to Oven Story for help and requested a refund or replacement, but no one responded or took responsibility. It’s shocking how a brand like this can serve such poor-quality food and provide zero customer service.
