Pathetic customer service and poor food quality, not standards maintained. We ordered a pizza which came late and was over cooked and had all the pizza sauce burnt on it. On complaining about it to waiter the matter got esclated and manager denied and turned a blind eye on the poor quality of food serverd. We asked to take it away and we will not consume it.

But he was persistent that the order would not be cancelled and we have to pay for it. Leading to a heated argument. Total waste of time and money. On top of it we were there will kids and family that was not noticed by the illiterate manager. I would recommend to the management or owner of the hotel to train the staff in customer service and hospitality.

Bad experience ever never recommend anyone. We order veg spring roll and we found hair in that spring roll such a unhygienic system. I alerted the staff, but they were not very helpful and after this incident no one come to us it's a very bad experience with manager staffs also who's responsibility to check customers for any complain bt ek bhi staff nahi aya hair nikal ne ke bad kuch puchne bhi or itna attitude he managers me ki batane ke baat bhi ignore kar ke chale jate he. Really veryyyy bed experience. And that nan is like rotla type nan thick itna tha ki kha hi na pao and taste wise also not good botot bekar experience raha...
