Positives: Food was good, freshly prepared.

Negatives: Poor service. Tables were dirty and sticky. Requested staff to clean and he came and picked up the glasses. Did not bother wiping it. Had to call him again after 10 min to get it wiped.

Bbq cheese melts ordered with the main meal did not arrive until we were about to leave after finishing the meal. When asked at the counter, may be then they started making it. May be forgot to make it. Understaffed, maybe.

A staff comes at the end and asks for a forced 5 star feedback. His focus was to get 5 stars by any means. I politely initiated a conversation to give him a genuine feedback and he was not bothered about it. He interuppted and said, "Agar aapko 5 star ratings nahi dena hai toh koi baat nahi".
