Pizza Hut | IIM Road Ambawadi, Ahmedabad — Restaurant in Gujarat

I recently visited Pizza Hut and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Firstly, the air conditioning was not working properly, which made the restaurant uncomfortably warm and stuffy. Additionally, the service I received was subpar, with staff members appearing disinterested and unhelpful.

Furthermore, I was disappointed to discover that despite their menu listing fountain cold drinks, there were none available during my visit. This was frustrating as I had been looking forward to a refreshing beverage to accompany my meal.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at Pizza Hut. While the food itself was decent, the lack of basic amenities such as working air conditioning and available menu items, coupled with poor service, made for an unpleasant...

PLEASE READ IT BEFORE YOU STEP IN THIS OUTLET!!!! GIVING IT A 1 STAR COZ I CAN'T BELOW THAT! so here's my experience and believe me it was bad. I've almost been to most pizza cafe in Ahmedabad, and this is one of the worse Pizza hut outlets of all time.

1.The staff is unresponsive, had to repeat my order atleast 5 times for it to be registered Had ordered appetizer and it was the last thing served and that too after reminding it to them that I've ordered an appetizer. Pizza quality is sub par... barely decent NEVER ORDER CHICKEN WINGS! They don't know how to make them....waste of money and time. A.c is not working and staff isn't bothered at all. Worst pizza dough ever, it's not easily chewable, not properly cooked, test was also not good. You should try La pinoz parimal garden, La milano HL colllege etc.. to understand the quality of dough, appropriate amount of toppings, quality of cheese (specifically good amount of liquid cheese with mozzarella) etc..

You're way behind your competitors in the market.

By the way all payment methods are also not available, they told me to use phonepay, paytm, or card. We can't use UPI like googlepay, bhimupi etc as per store. Such a shame since loacal thelawal also allow us to use UPI.
