Read moreI recently visited Tea Post on IIM ROAD Ahmedabad, and I must say, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had at a café. From the moment I walked in, the staff's rude behavior left a sour taste that no amount of tea could wash away.
Firstly, the staff seemed completely disinterested in providing any form of customer service. When I approached the counter to place my order, I was met with eye rolls and dismissive responses. It felt as though my presence was an inconvenience to them rather than a reason for them to provide good service. I tried to ask a few questions about the menu, but the staff member responded with a curt "Just pick something," which was incredibly frustrating.
Once I finally placed my order, I waited an unusually long time for my drink. When it finally arrived, it was lukewarm and tasted stale, as if it had been sitting out for ages. I politely mentioned this to the staff, hoping for a resolution, but instead, I was met with a haughty laugh and a comment about how "not everyone can appreciate good tea." This was not only unprofessional but also downright rude.
The atmosphere was equally disappointing. The place felt chaotic, with staff members arguing among themselves while customers were left waiting. It was clear that customer satisfaction was the last thing on their minds.
Overall, my experience at Tea Post Panjara Pol was marred by the rude behavior of the staff and a complete lack of attention to customer satisfaction. I won't be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant tea experience. Save your time and money and go somewhere where you are treated...
Read moreI usually visit Tea Post every weekend for my morning tea and nasta, and I’ve always been a big fan of the brand. I’ve visited many Tea Post outlets across Ahmedabad and appreciate the consistent quality and taste—until today.
I ordered my usual: Ginger Pudina Tea and a Samosa. I specifically instructed the staff to make the tea as per the standard SOP—flavorful, with a good balance of ginger and pudina, and not too watery. Unfortunately, the tea I received was far from that. It was extremely watery, lacked milk, and most disappointingly, had no taste of pudina at all.
When I politely told the tea maker that the tea didn’t taste right, instead of listening, he argued that he made it "as per SOP". This kind of dismissive attitude, especially in the morning when people come to enjoy a peaceful tea break, is unacceptable. I felt completely helpless and disappointed.
The samosa I received was also a letdown. The quantity and freshness were not up to the mark when compared to other outlets I’ve visited.
In short, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Tea Post outlet. Poor service, lack of taste, and unprofessional behavior from staff. If this is how regular customers are treated, it’s truly a shame. Tea Post needs to seriously look into maintaining quality and service across...
