Pizza Hut | Inorbit Mall, Vadodara — Restaurant in Gujarat

I recently visited Pizza Hut located in Inorbit Mall, Vadodara, and overall, it was a good experience. The restaurant offers both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, which is great when dining with a mixed group. We ordered a mix of pizzas including cheese burst and classic pan options. The crusts were baked well, the toppings were generous, and everything was served fresh and hot. The flavors were exactly what you’d expect from Pizza Hut – comforting, consistent, and satisfying.

However, the only drawback was the waiting time. Despite not being overly crowded, our order took quite a while to arrive. It would be great if they could work on improving the speed of service, especially since it's inside a busy mall where people are usually on a schedule.

The ambiance was clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful. They did their best to make the experience pleasant despite the delay.

My earlier experience was - The pizza is the best as always. However it changed drastically during a recent visit. The pizza was worst.

The first thing we imagine about a pizza is bread full of cheese and veges (any that you order) but to our utter disappointment there was nothing such. It was most of plain bread with just a little veges and even lesser cheese.

It was like you get the mix of cheese and veges in just the first bite, then just the veges and remaining was just the plain dry bread.

The butteriness that used to be a sort of signature thing for pizzahut was just gone leaving the dry crispy bread. Thing to be noted here we ordered the regular base in most pizzas considering our earlier experience but it turned out to be worst.

The ambiance was nice and the staff was very cooperative. We complained about it and they changes the pizza with more cheese other than that it was a bad experience. Poor experience in our weekend visit.

We ordered a meal for 4 which says any 2 appetizers, except we're informed it's not any 2.

All drinks listed on the menu except Coke Fanta etc are not available.

Food comes in its own order, appetizers can come after pizza as well. Drinks come when they want to serve, not when you want them.

Staff is not concerned about quality of service, they don't even take things down on paper, never mind using a tablet or device. They simply pass the buck, "i am doing what he/she told me to do", basically customers input or requests are immaterial. They don't follow sequence of customers, randomly ask "what's pending for you", I had to answer "everything!".

Paying the bill takes its own time, the cashier doubles up as waiter and other staff and it took me 10 min to pay while standing at the counter.

Worst of all, the place is not clean and has lots of mosquitoes. I wouldnt want to look inside the kitchen.
