Pizza Hut | Maninagar, Ahmedabad — Restaurant in Gujarat

I have ordered pizzas using PizzaHut app today from newly opened PizzaHut in Maninagar Ahmedabad. But it was very bad experience I have ever experienced. Very poor delivery service. Order is showing arrived but not actually arrived at location. Also app needs to improve it's location fetching system. Delivery boy did't get the right location properly and due to this order will not deliver on time or delayed. Also customer care number is useless and service is very poor. They don't even call where to deliver order before dispatch the order and after too late they call for not getting location and talk to us very rudely. Order is ready but I got it after 45 min late all the pizzas I have ordered was cold and my dinner was badly ruined due to late delivery. Totally West of time and money. Overall service is very poor. Today I didn't like the work of pizza hut because I gave the order online payment but I was cut off and I don't know anything I called for half an hour then I was told that you are the one who said that the order is not confirmed we confirm your order from here and The order will reach you in 30 minutes. Even after 30 minutes, I have not received the order. This is my 4th experience with Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut is completely bogus. Pizza quality is completely bogus. Ambiance : 4/5 Great sitting arrangements, perfect lighting, Classy Interior, Pizza slogans makes this ambiance more appealing. Comfortable sitting space is cherry on top.

Service : 5/5 You can expect here highly trained staff and professional service. Service is great.

Food Quality : 3/5 Newly introduced pizza quality is great and delicious. Pizza Hut has evolved and changed their pizza flavours.

Value for Money : 4/5 Pizza Hut has good offers and value for money options. Pizza Hut has unlimited offer on every Friday.
