The worst staff ever ...!!! ... pathetic customer service . The restaurant claims to be open from 7pm-11pm for Unlimited dinner. I came to the restaurant by 9:45pm and ordered for Unlimited dinner . I asked the staff to refill the salad, pasta & hot pasta as the entire racks were empty but even after multiple reminders there response was cold and not appropriate and then I had to raise this issue to the manager .. The manager later came and asked me if I can understand the situation and compromise ...just consider how pathetic approach towards a customer who came to have dinner...they said it was about time of closing though even after reaching by 9:45pm and the closing hour was 11pm ....it was the height of laziness ..no professionalism towards customers & useless staff...!!! ....If it was closing time(@9:45pm) and if much efforts were needed to refill the salad starters , why the hell I wasn't informed at the first place nethier would have ordered for an Unlimited dinner ...Even after having an heated argument the service provided was still low class...the pizza quality was poor nd cheap ..the bread wasn't properly baked....also the soft drink which I ordered was a thumbs up and they bring a glass of mirinda and tell that only this is the soft drink available now . ..!!!...I will not recommend anyone ....this happened at Shastrinagar branch of Woody Jhone's ....!! Pathetic food ...!!! Untrained staff ...worst experience !! ...waste of time &...

Table Service was very slow I was there for unlimited lunch, very disappointed with slow table Service, Also disappointed with taste of food, except supreme Garlic bread and cheese burst pizza varieties of outlet are very ordinary in taste...

You Pray Your business any how grow in compitition with U.S. pizza besides you on same floor and William John's Pizza outlet on ground floor below your outlet, compare to your outlet's slow table Service and very ordinary taste of food. Hot Soup served Cold(for this service, - outlet took 5%CGST additional on billing Amount) Cold Drink served Hot (for this service,- outlet took 5%SGST additional on Billing Amount) I asked for all 04 Pizza varieties of the Day, Staff said only 02 varieties margrita pizza and cheeseburst pizza will be served today... I felt like pizza zone Naranpura outlet was doing Some kind of mercy/Charity by serving unlimited...

Absolutely unprofessional and disappointing experience! We called Pizza Zone ahead of time and spoke with a lady who mentioned there was a 10–15 minute wait. We politely requested if she could add our name to the queue in advance—even though they don’t usually do that, she agreed and said it was fine. When we arrived, not only did the staff completely deny any such conversation, but they also acted like we never even called. We even showed them proof of the call from our phone, and they still refused to acknowledge it. No accountability, no apology—just blank faces and a dismissive attitude. What’s the point of calling ahead or trying to plan if they treat customers like this? Utter lack of professionalism. We walked out and won’t be returning. There are plenty of places that value their customers—Pizza Zone clearly isn’t...
