U.S.Pizza — Restaurant in Gujarat

Yesterday my friends and I celebrated my birthday,the quality of the food was 10 out of 10 all I can say but the service was very terrible we didn't get the even water on time after asking 4-5 times we got the water bottle and after that we ordered for soups and after completing all our starter still we were waiting for the soups and again asking 1-2 times then we got the soups...then we were 7 people and we got only 6 plates and as our pizza started the test of the pizza was very delicious but after one pizza the guy came to us and said we have to wait for 5 to 10 minutes for the next pizza because of that slow service two of my friends were getting to late and we were kept asking for the pizza and hopefully they got 2-3 slices and they left and that time I was very disappointed from your staff and same time I was feeling very embarrassed... I'm still confused because I don't why your staff did this to my guest I think just because of using that two coupons buy 2 get 1 free or what the reason still I'm not getting it was one of my worst decision to celebrate my birthday in US PIZZA and same day i had celebrated my birthday in pizza zone which is located next to your shop and same, i had used same coupons and i must say I got very very excellent service and food from their staff was very welcoming even they came and sung birthday song with us for me, if overall I'm compering I'll recommend all my friends to go with pizza zone or any otherone than yours cozz every minute every second only I knw that how much I was feeling very embarrassed still I'm giving 3 Star for the...

Very very very poor service.

And also poor quality as they are not able to serve on time to the customers.

The reason is service is totally not satisfied. We are 14 person came to take unlimited dinner.

Today only we visited US pizza. Date is 26/12/2020.

We have prebook time at 7 pm before one day.

We got table at 8 pm.

There is nothing on name of service on time of medium rush.

They are serving only garlic bread and margarita repeatedly that also takes 10 to 15 mins and no other flavour they are serving without asking.

We ask for other flavour of pizza and we have to wait for 15 to 20 other mins.

Also they are not listening of our voice and requirements.

They also not cleaning table on time.

At last while they are serving ice cream to us than also they are taking 15 to 20 mins.

At last they give us some discount due to this very bad service.

Test wise not bad but not much good as...
