Quick Bite — Restaurant in Gujarat

I went to this place to their fast food counter for some icecream and chips, they did not even agree to take the money later, I paid it at the start, but I did not get any bill. At the end, I asked the manager for sanitizer, he said he doesn't have. I told him, there's one behind him, so he told me it's for dine in customers only, not for people who come to our fast food counter. I told him, who says a no for sanitizer? He denied for 5 minutes, and then he gave me some sanitizer from his own hands, did not even let me take it on my own, and gave me just like 2-3 drops of the liquid sterillium.
