Real Paprika Ambawadi — Restaurant in Gujarat

Lengthy but worth reading experience - I have written such long review to let people know the experience we had. @ Ambawadi branch Not such a good experience...

Pros: The place offers variety of salad options and combos. And the price is ok or decent.

Quality of food : On Sunday not that good maybe better on a weekday with less rush.

I like : Puff pizzas were nice. Bruschetta and garlic bread were served hot.

Cons: We went on a Sunday Eve...Rakhi day, so rush was expected. Hence we called the place beforehand and made the reservations, at that time the person picked the call ,made the reservation for 7:30 pm.....when we were about to reach, we called again the same person said there's no reservation....when we reached the place and saw the register my name was written. He tried to hid the name and said no such reservation and made us wait for 1 hr. 1.Given the combined rush of a holiday and festival in Ahmedabad the quality of pizzas and starters served was not upto the mark.....

Plus they had mentioned Italian focaccia bread as one of the starter and were serving Bruschettas instead. So if you are a person who likes Focaccia, take this into account.

This was my first experience and now I don't feel like giving them another chance, given...

Positives :

1. Of all the unlimited pizza places i have been to, this one is by far the best in terms of Taste and Quality of food.
2. Quality of food means - Items which are supposed to be warm were actually warm (Pizza, Salads) and Items which are supposed to be cold were actually cold (Soft Drinks, Ice Cream). Pizzas were properly layered with cheese and with enough veggies and stuff.
3. Items they offer - soft drink (Limited) garlic bread / cheese bread (Jain) 2 types of Paninis (Sweet and Spicy) (all Jain) 3 types of Pizzas / 2 types of Pizzas (Jain) 14 types of Side items and Salads (7 Jain, 7 non Jain) Ice cream (Limited)

Negatives :

1. The atmosphere was too loud because of the chatter of other dinning guests (i think that happens because they have managed their space well to include as many tables as possible in small space, and their was no open space to let the noise out side restaurant) that we had to shout sometimes to talk with each other. Plus they put very loud music (which they turned down on request).
2. A little bit congested place to sit and for buffet eating.

Price : Lunch around Rs. 130/- per person and Dinner around Rs. 180/- per person.

Conclusion : Definitely try this place if you are a Pizza and...

It sounds like you had a mixed experience at Real Peprika near Nehru Nagar.

Pizza: Unfortunately, the pizza did not meet my expectations. I would rate it only 3 stars. The flavors were lacking, and it felt below what I was hoping for from a restaurant specializing in these dishes. While it wasn’t terrible, it certainly didn’t wow me.

Overall Experience: While I enjoyed the salad immensely, the pizza could use some improvement. I would recommend visiting for the salads, but perhaps consider another option for the main dish if you're looking for something special.
