Hey everyone, I'm back with another food review for you. Today I'm going to tell you about my experience at a resturant that serves ganthiya, a popular snack from Gujarat. Ganthiya are deep-fried chickpea flour noodles that are crispy and spicy. They are usually served with green chutney and fried green chillies.
I visited the resturant on a Sunday afternoon with my family. The place was crowded but we managed to get a table after a short wait. The menu had a variety of ganthiya dishes, such as plain, masala, cheese, garlic, and even chocolate! We ordered a plate of each to share.
The ganthiya arrived hot and fresh, and they smelled amazing. We dug in and enjoyed the different flavors and textures. The plain ganthiya were simple but satisfying, the masala ganthiya had a nice kick of spices, were surprisingly good. They were coated with melted chocolate and sprinkled with nuts. They were sweet and crunchy, and made a nice dessert.
The resturant also served some other snacks like samosas, kachoris, dhoklas, and jalebis. We tried some of them and they were also delicious. The service was quick and friendly, and the prices were reasonable. We had a great time at the resturant and we would definitely go back again.
If you are looking for a place to try some authentic and tasty ganthiya, I recommend you to check out this resturant. You won't regret it!
