0* for their food quality, taste & above all rude staff behaviour and attitude. We visited this place for the 1st time & it was the worst experience. We ordered their Deluxe Thali -290rs which was completely taste less and as for the quantity you can see the picture. We also ordered spring roll with was raw from inside and when we called the staff member and showed him, he said (ye to aisa hi aayega) so we asked him to change the dish and ordered Veg Manchurian in replacement which was also pathetic. But we had to eat the thali as we were hungry and our money was also getting wasted. Their was a family who were having a quarrel with the waiter and the person sitting on the cash counter they also had to replace their dahi bhalla with some other dish recommended by the waiter in exchange but afterwards they charged them with both the dishes. The staff was very rude and very disrespectful. Just after the family left the staff started badmouthing about the family saying (muft ka khana khane aa jate hai) this is totally unexpected and we can't except this kind of behaviour from such people. As consumer's (the one who pays and then consume the food) must be respected. Please do share your thoughts and honest reviews about this place so that they change their food quality, taste and above all...

The employee who has brown eyes and sits along with the billing guy has absolutely no civic sense as to how to deal with customers.....and it is not that he is new, our family has been visiting this franchise for years now and he's been there ever since. This is not the first time he has done this, but as humans we try to not get upset over such minor things....but there is a threshold. Recently, we went there to order the 56 Bhog to serve to Ganpati on this chaturthi. Neither the guy was interesred in telling us about it nor did he give any details. A while ago he messed up our order attributed to customer rush, but should the management not be held liable? If there's a supervisor who overlooks employees, please look into this guy's behavior and train him again if needed. I know Bikanervala is an accomplished business and a customer review like this is negligible but i don't know if I'd visit here again. On the positive side, the quality and taste of food is commendable. I do not want to compromise on that experience by the likes of employees like him, hence, it is a humble request to knock some sense into...

There is only delicious vegetarian food served.

All sweets are made using fresh milk and ghee.

I believe that certain employees are sluggish.

Eat some hot cuisine with some sweetness and a drink if you wish.

Rajkachori is the specialty of this restaurant.

There are other options, including Paneer Puff and Pyaz Kachori.

There are also lassi, chaas, and other beverages offered.

I thought the price was exorbitant.

A lassi, for example, costs 60 rupees.

The lassi, on the other hand, was cold and tasty.

Food costs a respectable amount of money.

The flavour was delicious.

If you want to eat lunch, go to the first floor.

On the ground floor, there is a breakfast-themed area.

High-backed chairs.

Valet parking is available.

They are distributed through platforms such as Zomato and Swiggy.

Overall, it's a nice place to talk while enjoying sweets and traditional dishes. You'll have a good time...
