Royal Zayka Restaurant — Restaurant in Gujarat

Let me share my worst experience (stomach infection) Royal zayka restaurant Ambaji.

Owner of restaurant wasn't not present at restaurant to solve our queries.

Noise issue:- Firstly, place is extremely noise that T.V volume is high plus the people have conversations at top of the volume which is ridiculous. It's so noise as if it's fish market. When I told staff to let people know to maintenance the quite atmosphere. That never happened in my thrice visits to same restaurant.

Place:- Place smell horrible. Looks like mop isnt wash for ages. Waiting sitting area stink. Sofa have unbelievable stain and odour insane. Restaurants floor is dirty. Zero Cleanliness . Even staff uniform smells extremely awful. No ac was on even on request. Staff and managers of restaurant told it's not work. It's so hard to have food in humid and noise environment.

Food:-

Recently in May2024 we went for dinner , firslty place smell horrible,No Air condition working. Fan circulation was worse. It's suffocating experience. After giving food order, It's was not sever in order. We have remind for our dishes that we have order.

After having food we reached, within half hour reaching to hotel my stomach ache badly. I can hardly breath. Whole night me and my husband had a stomach pain, voimtting, headache,fever and diarrhea. Due late no doctor was available. We suffered unbearable till next morning. Next morning ,we searched for professional and trusted doctors who can cure the sickness at immediate basis. No luck. After searching through online ,we found general physician and gave few medicine for treatment bcz he told its food poison. Once we reached back home. We approach our family doctor. They told us,it is somtach infectious due food poision and too much abdominal and stomach is swallow. It's took one whole week to get cure complete.

Please note.

Never ignore food poison lightly. It can lead to stomach cancer. We have suffered a significant amount. It's not matter of money but we went through tremendous pain and suffering due to food we had at Royal zayka, ambaji.

Parent should take extreme measure while feeding oneself and others in restaurant. Everyone health matter first.

I don't suggest anyone to have food in Royal zayka. Unless they let you see how and what ingredients...

Any restaurant should place both forks and spoons on table. We had to ask for spoons from them. Forks were present but spoons were not present. Really unexpected from a restaurant with such high ratings on Google. I wanted to use toilet but the toilet seat did not appear very clean. It had to go out, get paper napkins, get some rubbing alcohol and blown the toilet seat. Even after this the toilet seat remained dirty. If you are expecting a clean washroom comparable to your restaurants, don't come here. We asked all the items to be brought together. The chapatis were stone cold by the time the order arrived. They really have no idea how to sequence the orders in kitchen. The raita arrived much later than the veg Biryani. They can sequence things even outside kitchen.

The place is not as good as the Google...
