Tulsi Restaurant — Restaurant in Gujarat

Had mix experience with Tulsi Restaurant from our two day's stay in Ambaji with my family. AC restaurant, with good ambiance, have seperate area for Unlimited Gujarati Thali @ Rs 200 per person & Al la Carte. Day One: In Afternoon had unlimited Gujarati Thali, which was good served diff varieties of Sabji, Dal, Roti, sweet, farsan, rice, salad, pickle, papad, butter milk (Chaas) Dinner : Thought of Al la Carte order Kadhi Khichadi which was ok to taste, Bal Bati & Veg Masala Sev Sabji with Roti, which was too spicy even after Informing them to make less spicy. Day two : Had Dinner around 8pm, people was already waiting to get serve food for Unlimited Thali but there was some Kiosks among waiter to serve food or not. Being waiting for 15mins food server to all, within sometime the food stop coming & people were waiting, when asked they responded new batch is prepared & the old batch of food seems to us of morning. While Paying had word with owner about this. He apologized for all & told there was some veggies & kichadi was not correctly cooked, so new batch of cooking was started & this happens once so they even can't tell anything to Shef, but owner happily asked & accepted all money. One of the worst restaurant I have seen there waiter keep so much attitude when I request please don't book my table on the corner due to dirty ness in the corner . When I was alloted a table the corner I said I pre informed for this the waiter or captain who ever he was told take your money back and move out to other restaurant because they will be getting many customer .If you have Gujarati Food you have to prepaid the full amount. Never ever visit the restaurant No good service at all We waited for approx 45 mins for our order. It took them 25 minutes just to take them a masala papad. The restaurant was full and there is only 1 single person to take the entire orders who is frustrated and blames us because we are telling him to take orders. The 1 star & 2 star reviews given are honest reviews by everyone. Trust me worst service ever provided. I usually don’t write reviews but i am doing it for the 1st time so you can understand how frustrated i am.
