Okayish place if you wish to find a decent place to sit in the area, smells a little weird due to the huge stock up of ingredients though. The seating area is in the basement. You order on the ground floor, and your purchase is delivered downstairs. I personally did not like the shakes from this particular place. I have tried other shops of the same franchise and they do a wonderful job. This store might have had a bad day maybe? I wouldn't go back though, disliked the shakes, honestly. We did get a replacement for a messed up shake, but the other item, the watermelon juice was kind of weird tasting too. How does one mess up just juicing watermelon? Might be the ingredients at fault but inventory management is part of their job so I'd say no if I were to suggest the place. Hope the quality goes...

Had been a regular customer of this Santushti since it opened. The services very going down for last 2 years but this month has just been terrible. The decision to switch glass bottles for plastic cups itself was very upsetting - but I loved this place so much, it was the only place I used to go for Davidoff coffee (which now I think is switched for some normal quality) . My last cold coffee had stale milk which was so bad I could literally taste it in one sip. I was planning not to put this on public review and decided to give it one more shot - and even though the milk was fine (which should be bare minimum) the taste quality has gone so bad I will probably not go there ever again.
