Sazzy Sizzlers (Pure-Veg) — Restaurant in Gujarat

Actually my sister suggested this place...she has been there like 4-5 times...after a long time I visited a place which is so cool, with delicious food, amazing ambience and excellent service....with the series of new places opening...services are getting diluted..we can't get it "all"...but this place is a pretty good exception, I will elaborate why I gave 5 star..

1. I am a very choosy person when it comes to food...not even once a singal person disturbed us asking "ready to order"
2. we ordered chinese cigar ( it was served in cocktail glass , filled with veges, not that oily, and right amount of crisp) we ordered our cheese garlic bread, which has classic taste ..cheezy, hot and soft We ordered shashlik paneer sizzler, it had a lot of exotic smooky veges, fries, rice , pineapple and soft spongy paneer They have a detail extended menu for mocktails, I ordered classic mint iced tea, many of the places serves mocktails with a flavour of melted candies, which is a turn off for me But this place serves freshly made mocktails with right amount of sweetness and with a fresh flavour We tried sizzling brownie as well. So that's all about the food.
3. Now comes the most important part for me , which is becoming difficult to find these days, thats the service ! We were welcomed with smile, we were given suggestions where we asked, And actually I created a mess by spilling the ice tea all over the table, I was really sorry for that...they handled it with patience, we actually had completed half of the dinner by that time, but there it was the ice tea again within five minutes, Yes, that was so sweet of them to remake it without even asking for that.

Dhaaba-Mgmt but inflated price of a 5 star hotel, 0/5 rating for Fake Advertisement.

Not to be mean or unkind to the service staff who were nice & courteous but the behaviour of manager & owner was really rude, insensitive and transactional who talked rough behind our backs.

1. False Advertising: Sizzler quantity was measly despite the promise of 950g it looked like 750 g. Should be illegal, inflated prices should mean great food not so in this case .

2. Dirty Toilets and unkempt pantry kept out in the open.

3. Overpriced food with small helpings and mediocre taste. Waiters interrupting meals with questions before we could taste the food.

4. Fleecing the customers with tall claims & small dishes while our sizzler took half an hour to prepare the quantity was very abysmal, got over within 4-5 helpings between 2 people

5. Cheap & aggressive pressure tactics. Getting customers to give their number for spamming and forcing them to give 5 star google review for Fake PR.

Again, kudos to the menial staff with their sincere efforts and live music was a bonus but the management is after your money and not to fill your stomachs but empty your wallets.

Update : The owner's review reply reflects the inconsiderate obstinacy of the mgmt team of this failing brand when they didn't address the issue of lower than promised quantity but high pricing (which wasn't my concern anyway). I recommend other ethical & honest food places where they serve the quantity they promise instead of hiding behind high prices with "dhaaba & Street...

First of all kudos to the sazzy sizzlers owners and there team. It was a wonderfull experience for us . We were here for dinner with our baby . As we entered ambience was fantastic , in the entrance there is a aquarium which made my baby happy. Restaurant is in the centre of the city and mainly there is ample parking space in basement. We ordered our food and start playing on the table mate which kept us busy while our food arrived , it's a nice strategy by the sazzy team 😜. The food was very delicious and even the smell can tell that food will be delicious. We ordered 1.Masala papad - it was crispy even in rainy season , and also was good in taste

2.creamy herb veg soup - MUST TRY. Best soup in town till now with Italian herbs and was best in all of our order

Chinese cigar - It was not that much tasty, a mild taste of chineese was there, not any more than that.

Mexican sizzler - Sizzler was yummy and the quantity was perfect for two person. Sizzler was having so many things in it - Cheese cutlet which was so so, saute vegetable - (beans, babycorn,zucchini,onion,peas,brocoli etc.) , Mexican rice, frenchfries, 4 piece of panner.

Classic mojito - It was good in taste, but so much ice was there.

Sizzling brownie - Must try - dry brownies with lots of nuts and special hot melting chocolate.
