Rasranjan — Restaurant in Gujarat

Poor display of Hygiene by another Big Name of City...

We went there to have to some kachoris as morning snacks. Firstly, the kachoris itself were not warm too. And they told that they are making it fresh and the kachori fans knows that kachori doesn't tastes good when u reheat it in oven. So, we instead too the cold kachoris. And when we took first bite of it, it was like atleast a day old. Than we took some sweet chutney, and here it comes the worst part. Chutney was having an insect in it, totally dead. And looking to the hole of bottle, it was practically not possible for that insect to enter from bottle hole, rather it was from the main container placed inside the kitchen.

When we complained about this to there manager, they were like "hume kuch fark nahi padta" attitude. The manager was not even offered an apology for this. When we insisted to meet the owner, he said he is out of town. Than, we called for police and than the old aged owner came and started doing drama for sympathy. We rather opted for not to go for an official complaint, but this entire incident proves the worst hygiene by The big name "Rasranjan"

It is nice place located at Vijay Cross Road. it has variety of chats and panipuri. Panipuri is must try snack to eat at Rasranjan although it is costly (6 Panipuri at 40 rs) there is hot snacks also available like samosa, paneer, Kachori etc. there is wide variety of snacks available at store. great variety of sweets are also available there. there is bakery inside the store. where cake pastry and variety of biscuits available. there is inside sitting facility available with air condition to eat there. you can eat by standing outside at the store. There is decorative baskets and trays available also baskets and trays with dry fruits and other things are available to gift loved once and relatives on special occasions. washroom facility is also available there. cool drinking water availability and dustbins are also there. there is only self service facility available. good variety of packed foods are also available. you can park vehicle in front of rasranjan or...

There is no hygienic food, especially for pani puri and chat. Lots of insects and mosquitoes are running over pani puri and other food material. We had tried to visit 3 times and every time we found insects and mosquitoes on their pani puri.

Last time we try to inform their management but they show rude behavior and not concerning about their hygienic food and in addition, they said the guy who is preparing pani puri will remove any of the insects if it founds on top of it.

They even not responsible to come out to see the unhygienic food. They want to charge the premium amount for a plate of pani puri compare to normal other vendors but not want to maintain the hygienic.
