Sheeba Delicious — Restaurant in Gujarat

Poorest of the services, you can find anywhere in a foodie city like Ahmedabd ...!!! Staffs made us believe that we were unwanted at that place..I was a bit late with my family but opted out to try at this Restro..Shockingly, staff served the bill when we were still to finish our food..We pleaded before him to let us finish our dish and Thanks to God, he allowed us to do that..When I asked, why are you in such a hurry, he replied, You requested us to let you people in & that's why, the Manager allowed us, otherwise our time was over...I confronted that i too belong to the same industry but i have never told my guest to do like this...Nonetheless, We thanked our God & him also for letting us have our food, which of-course was not free, and then I requested him to please charge the request fee for requesting him/Sheeba to let us in..I must say that Sheeba is doing a great job by letting people realise that they are making a mistake by choosing Sheeba as their food destination and at the same time Ashmaing the entire hospitality industry, too..Overall, please NEVER EVER Visit Sheeba located at Satellite Road, neat...

Stepping into Sheeba is like a delightful trip down memory lane – it's the original spot with that same old-school charm, and it delivered one of the most enjoyable North Indian meals I've had in a long time!

We ordered the Mushroom Chilii, Chicken Ra Ra Curry, and Garlic Naan, and every dish was absolutely delicious. The Garlic Naan was truly perfect; not chewy at all, just soft and flavorful. The Chicken Ra Ra Curry was clearly made with a lot of love – you could really taste the wonderful blend of whole spices (khada masala) that gave it such an authentic depth. Even the Mushroom Chilii, with its distinct Chinese flavor, had perfectly soft mushrooms and hit all the right notes.

I visited this place 3-4 times. This place serves delicious Veg and Non-veg dishes. They have good ambiance as well.

The reason for low rating is the staff here. The staff person who attended our table seemed to be judging customers based on their appearance. He indirectly tried to point us that the food here is costly and that you don't get taste as that at food vegans. This happened on more than one occasions. At the time of billing, he insisted us for tip to serving staff for their service. When we denied he argued a little over it as well. When complained this to the owner, his reaction signaled that this was not the only incidence.

Sheeba must make sure that the customer who steps in, steps out with an experience that brings him back to the place. Otherwise it's hard to survive with the competition we have...
