One of the most horrible experience. The hotel looks nice and all but when it comes to food, it's very disappointing. The tomato soup tasted wierd. The toasts pieces (croutons) was too old and I can smell bad from it. Tandoori roties was nice but tawa roties they brought was cold. 1 type of sabzi was nice but rest 2 types of sabzis were not good as in taste. Dal rice was okaish. Hopeless Service & Hopeless food, Staff peoples dont even listen to customer's complaint, they dont even have compalint book, Manager cum Cashier also dont have courtsey to listen to customers complaint he was busy with his own work & no response towards customer, they were behaving in such a way as they dont care for customer;'s. I ordered a Sizzler without Mushroom but mushroom was there in Sizzler 2) I ordered 1 Sabji & Butter Paratha they served me after 50 minutes & that also when i asked them & their reply was that we forgot...

The food and services both are not good. We have ordered spring rolls, initially it was served cold and then when we have complained they fried again serve, the oil and sauces was dropping.

They really do not care what you have ordered they l serve their own recipes.

Paneer is like dipping in the milk and no taste. Soup is something you can't make out it is which soup?
