365 The Festival — Restaurant in Gujarat

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! We were 11 people. I reached at around 7.30 PM and other members were to reach in next 15 mins so I booked a table and was asked to wait in the garden area. In the meantime , some other family came and the manager allotted the table to them even though their full family members did not come. In next 10 mins, our group reached here but manager said that table is allotted to the other family since they already entered and sit on the chair even though I booked it first.. Even after lots of arguments he didn't listen to us and we waited for 40 mins outside in the heat.. I thought my bad experience is over now but I wasn't aware that I would have to face another shock. My 3 years old daughter was feeling very hot and she was tired and hungry. I saw that one 6 sitter table was empty and it was also cleaned by staff so I though of getting my daughter sit there. As soon as I make her sit, the manager came to me and said you can't take this sit because other people are getting disturbed. I though I misheard him so I clarified and he again asked me to leave until he calls us to come in. I was very upset and angry with him. He had no sympathy for little children. He was giving nonsense excuses like he needed to merge two tables, our kids disturbing other people, possibility of our kids breaking glasses, protocols, rules and regulations and what not.. His behavior was like it's very ok if you want to leave. I would have left if my kids were not with me.

PATHETIC SERVICE EVER RECIEVED... We were more than 25 people (7 families with kids ) we reached there at around 7.20 P. M.. We men with Nandu (Who said he is owner)as he was writing the names because of waiting.. He took our details with the contact number and informed he will be calling us at 7.45 as he has reserved the table for us we waited and waited there as a human being we also understand that it can take 15-30 minutes here and there as we are party of 25. At 8.20 after an hour we went to the reception. Nandu informed us that he is sorry all the table are booked and he will not give us table.... After having a long discussion he finally agreed that he will arrange a table for us but will not give us service we have to manage by ourselves I will not reccomend this restaurant to anyone please avoid this restaurant as they are SCAMMERS.... We finally went to the restaurant which is next to 365 restaurant called BANSARI which was far better in every aspect as compared to 365 restaurant and the service.. food was...

One of the tastiest food at an affordable price.. Property is maintained well as well.. We dined at the hall-room, great height too that feels luxury, Food - Soup was just wow, base evenly roasted and aromatic with even consistency. Starters - Crisp and tender paneer (we order paneer dish), with perfectly thick sauce and vegetables too were stirred well. Main course - Go for 365 Signature dishes. They prepared so well with amazing taste... Savera subji was great. Indian breads - They too were perfect, Tandoori and Tawa both were perfectly cooked. And yes the quantity too of every dish is upto the mark and on the higher side, so order accordingly as required to avoid wastage. We were full so didn't order rice and daal.
