Sizzante Sizzlers - Chandkheda, Ahmedabad — Restaurant in Gujarat

Sizzante Sizzlers sounds like a really great restaurant to try until you actually visit it.

Sizzante is a newly opened restaurant surrounded by a sea of other popular restaurant in the Chandkheda area. While we had great hopes about this restaurant as it offers Non-Vegetarian sizzlers which is unique in the city and many few restaurants offer those, we went with high expectations only to find out we were highly disappointed.

We went for lunch on a Sunday and were surprised to find this restaurant completely empty and we were the first customers for them for the day. We started with roasted papad which came with mint chutney and found out the chutney felt little stale to the taste. However, we had hopes and still ordered starters. For starters, we ordered Veg Manchow soup and Chicken 65. The soup came within 15 mins and was very watery, there was no taste to it and the noodles came with it were hard to chew. As we were having the soup the chicken we ordered came through. After taking the first bite of the chicken we came to know that it was completely raw and uncooked to the point where you can taste the rawness of the dish. The waiter took the dish to the kitchen and offered to remake the dish but we denied. We decided to order their speciality which was the Sizzlers (the name of the restaurant). We ordered peri peri chicken sizzlers on the recommendation of the captain. The sizzler came to the table and the server left it there for it to cook. The server came and served it equally after mixing it to both of us. The house speciality was nothing special.

We were highly disappointed with the service, food, and overall experience with this restaurant. I am not usually this harsh on my reviews but this one deserved it because no one should experience...

Never ever go. We went there for Sunday lunch. Whole restaurant was empty. Just one table occupied. Points which were disgusting While taking order, the person tells us we don't pack and give the remaining food. Either you finish it or we throw it.. we were like don't you think you rather let someone eat rather than throwing away food. He was like This is Our policy. Can we take these people to food wastage police? After ordering just 2 sizzlers, we waited for 30-35 minutes but food wasn't ready. Meanwhile there were some random streettype guys going in and out of restaurant. Waiters were standing in the corners and giggling on God knows what.. and no one was interested in giving us food inspite of asking 2-3 times that whatever is ready please serve.. our child is hungry.. answer was Non veg me to time lagta hi hai.. Finally we asked them to serve atleast french fries if they are ready. Someone went in and got the fries after 5 min.. and the fries were not hot.. So the fries were ready long back, no one served them even after requesting and asking and finally we get cold food.. and the waiters are still giggling..

We finally decided to leave and go to Tomatoes restaurant just beside this where food was served within minutes and piping hot.

After coming back I read some reviews where same thing has happened to other people and thank God we didn't stay back to eat their stale food..

A great restaurant special for Chinese cuisine, I've personally tried the sizzlers, those are the great ones, The ambience- cannot be said to be really that punchy and great but it's good to be in and the place keeps you in. The service- Can be said hats off, the waiters are as polite and good as they should be can guide you greatly through the dishes, the advice you get by the manager for your order you are wishing for is really really great than any other dish you may check out. The pricing is fairly awesome for the taste and awesomness over here, One should definitely go over here, P.S the songs played in background don't cope up with the actual food and ambience. Try...
