Incorrect information on packets and by salesstaff. We bought several sev mamra packets after checking repeatedly that there was no garlic in it. Taken to outstation, when tasted found had garlic in it. No way to go back immediately , shop staff not picking up the phone. Unethical practices. Further to the above I was contacted by the store immediately and offered an apology for the mistake and a full refund without needing to return the purchased items. I do not use online payment channels and could visit the store only after a month. But there was absolutely no hassle, I got some items in exchange ( my decision) and rest back in cash. I went to Sonalben Khakhrawale today with my friend just to buy some pickles and papad, but the experience was so good that I felt like leaving a review. Ashwin bhai and Bahadur bhai were extremely warm and respectful. They personally served every snack for tasting and said, “taste as much as you like” – which is so rare these days. Usually, people get annoyed if someone tastes too much, but here the vibe was completely friendly and welcoming.
