We had organized a pre-planned office dinner at this cafe, expecting a smooth and well-coordinated experience since the booking was made in advance and all arrangements were clearly communicated beforehand. While the ambiance was pleasant and the food quality was satisfactory, the overall experience was disrupted by the significant delay in service.

Despite the event being scheduled and confirmed ahead of time, our team had to wait more than 20 minutes for the food to arrive after being seated. For a group booking — especially one arranged professionally — such delays are not just inconvenient but also disappointing. It affected the flow of our gathering and left several team members frustrated, especially since this was meant to be a relaxed and enjoyable evening.

The staff were polite but seemed underprepared for handling a group, even though they were aware of the event in advance. Timely service is crucial when dealing with corporate or group bookings, and unfortunately, that expectation was not met here.

We truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their coordination and service speed for future events. The place has potential, and with better preparation and time management, it could be a great venue for...

I visited this Friends-themed café with high hopes, being a big fan of the show and after watching a reel that made the place look amazing. Sadly, the reality was far from what was shown online.

Even though it's a newly opened café, it felt old and poorly maintained. The fooseball table was broken. The main area that was supposed to resemble Monica’s living room with the couch and TV looked good from afar, but we were told the table was “reserved” and weren’t allowed to sit there. What’s worse is that nobody came to use it for more than an hour.

When I simply went to click a picture for my Google review, two staff members immediately rushed over and told me I couldn’t sit there as if I would damage the setup. The staff came across as rude and unwelcoming, which really ruined the experience.

As for the food, we only ordered the “We Were On A Break” KitKat shake. It was okay. The café has a large space both indoors and on the rooftop, but the poor service and attitude make it hard to enjoy. I really hope they work on their staff behavior and service quality to match the vibe they’re...
