A unique place for Punjabi Food Lovers nearby Naranpura area. I've been here just for once with my buddies for dinner & enjoyed the real taste of Punjabi Delicacies here.

Food : A very unique & tasty Punjabi Food available here. We had a Punjabi Platter (Paneer Tote Tote sabji & Rotis) and Stuffed Aloo Capsicum Kulcha with a large size Patiala Sweet Lassi. All the food was so Delicious & Mouthwatering. Paneer sabji was so tasty & delicious, Stuffed Kulcha with Chhole & Curd was truly authentic & delicious, Wheat Rotis were soft and Patiala Lassi was out of the world. The quantity / size of a platter & taste both were amazing. We almost been overeaters that night.

Ambience : Quite good indoor ambience. A unique desi style based indoors with comfortable seating arrangements & refreshing Punjabi Soft Music in background.

Service : Undoubtedly very fine & quick service. We had our order within 10 mins. of order placed

Must Try : Any kind of Kulcha with Patiyala Lassi. No one can find Better Punjabi Food...

Looking at the crowd on a sunday evening, there was an expected waiting and we were told that it would take around 40 mins. It turns out the restaurant manager/owner uses cheap tricks to keep the guests waiting. We were allotted a table after a lil more than 90 mins and when enquired about the delay the guy bluntly says - "Meh Tamne kalak upar kidhu hot toh tame wait na karat!" (If I had mentioned the real wait time, you wouldn't have stayed!).

Anyways, keeping aside the wait delay, the food part also was running late even though we placed the order while on wait ! The parathas were good and the platter came with a dal makhni which was great.

The service part needs an improvement and because of the wait tricks I would not be returning to this place and I would say Jassi De Paranthe is anytime a better option to this place in terms of 'real wait...
