Sugar 'N Spice - Saputara — Restaurant in Gujarat

Our visit to Sugar N Spice in Saputara was a resounding disaster. Upon arrival around 3:10 pm, we were forced to wait as the staff struggled to clean the tables. Once seated, we were neglected for 10 minutes without menus or water, having to get these basics ourselves. Despite repeated attempts to get attention, an attendant finally arrived around 3:40 pm, only to inform us that most items were unavailable after 3:30pm. This was a blatant lie because the people who ordered 5 minutes before us received a wide variety of food that we were flat out refused just because of the time. After considerable argument and conflict, they begrudgingly agreed to serve roti sabzi. However, the food was vindictively prepared, with even the dal made excessively spicy. To add insult to injury, the AC was switched off multiple times, and we were served on dirty plates and glasses. The sheer incompetence and spiteful behavior of the staff is a travesty for a reputed establishment like Sugar N Spice. We would not recommend this restaurant under any...

After reading reviews about a very very famous item RAJ KACHORI, I have decided to taste this item when I was in Saputara. You won't believe, this RAJ KACHORI is the most THIRD CLASS FALTU item I have ever tasted.🤮 There was no kachori masala stuffing inside. Kachori was served with curd and salad cuttings inside 😆. And the irony is, they are charging Rs 170/- for this cheapest item. 😥 A 20 rupee Kachori have a great taste. After eating that so called famous Raj Kachori, I can surely say that these people doesn't know anything about Kachori. Total waste of money and mood. Hotel area, interior, parking area is really good. But almost all food items are costing double. There is no problem about price. No one is visiting daily or even every month. But when you are charging so costly, you must make food tasty. At least we can expect this. So please don't waste your money for this RAJ...

Few dishes are simply outstanding. Quantity, quality and taste. Some are pathetic. Service is average but not very bad as mentioned by others. We have been here many times. Few recommended dishes. Lunch or dinner combo. For rs 160 simply superb. Get extra Roti's or nan along. Good taste n value for money. Chole bathure 2 big bathure n chole rs 125. Awsum taste. Superb. Extra bathura for rs 60. Biriyani for rs 180. Outstanding. South Indian dishes very nice but cost a bit on higher side. Dragon patato superb starter at rs 160. Noodles and fried rice, pathetic taste, very less quantity, clearly avoid. Steam rice and jeera rice for rs 125 very very less quantity, please avoid. Milkshakes very ordinary. Sizzlers average. Sizzling brownie average. Have tried almost all restaurant of Saputara. This one is the best if you choose your dishes...
