Tea Post - A Place to Talk — Restaurant in Gujarat

Having made the short trip from Surat, I recently discovered a true gem in Vadodara: Teapost. This cafe is an absolute must-visit, offering a perfect blend of fantastic food, delicious beverages, and a wonderful atmosphere. From the moment I stepped inside, the ambiance was immediately welcoming and cozy. The decor is charming, creating a relaxed and inviting space that's perfect for unwinding. It's a place where you can easily lose track of time, whether you're catching up with friends or just enjoying a moment of peace. The menu did not disappoint. I started with the Mocha Cold Coffee, which was a rich and decadent treat, followed by the Blueberry Ice Tea, a wonderfully refreshing and fruity drink that was perfect for the afternoon. For a taste of home, I also ordered their Filter Coffee, which was expertly brewed and full of authentic flavor. On the food front, the Mexican Cheese Sandwich was a savory and satisfying choice, while the small wrap we also ordered was a delicious and light accompaniment. Every item we tried was prepared with care and tasted fantastic. What sets Teapost apart is its all-around excellence. The great drinks and food, combined with the incredibly comfortable and stylish ambiance, make for an unforgettable experience. My visit to Tea Post today was incredibly disappointing. My mom and I had heard about their quality tea and decided to give it a try. We ordered two teas and paid Rs 64, but what we received was far from fresh. The tea seemed to have been sitting in thermos flasks for a while and was only luke warm.

When we requested a replacement for the stale tea, we were shocked to be told that it would cost us Rs 104 for two fresh cups. While we were willing to pay the difference, the staff refused, claiming we had already sipped the tea.

This lack of customer service was not only frustrating but also left a bad taste in our mouths, both figuratively and literally. We left the store without enjoying any tea, yet we were charged the full amount.

The arrogance and complete disregard for customer satisfaction displayed by the staff were truly disappointing. Unfortunately, this experience has resulted in the loss of a lifetime customer.

Needless to say, they've lost a customer for life. I wouldn't recommend Tea Post to anyone after this pathetic...

When i first visited the place. It left a good impression on me but i hold myself before posting any review i thought i should visit more than once and than post any review because this place is having more than 150 outlets if I'm not wrong and in my city i have visited atleast 3 outlets. 2 of them were ok in providing service, like paisa lelo or order dedo, no customer interaction. But op road wala are better in terms of consumer interaction. Everything was good they provided food a little bit at higher price but it was because of the kind of ambience they provide. But recently they hiked price of everything except tea! Ek baat yaad aai tea ka taste change hoga har ek outlet pe! Which is not a complaint. So they should also had increased quality of items. But no. Abb ittni garmi mai if i want have to pay a big amount than why should i go to this tea post else i can go to any AC cafe.
