The Dugout Cafe — Restaurant in Gujarat

I regret to inform you that my recent dining experience with The Dugout Cafe has been nothing short of a disaster. My Zomato Order has left me utterly dissatisfied, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment.

To begin with, I ordered Chinese Bhel, but what I received was a completely different item - noodles. This mix-up was not only inconvenient but reflected a severe lack of attention to detail in fulfilling customer orders.

The replacement for the Veg Spring Roll was an out-of-freshness pizza, displaying a blatant disregard for quality control. The subpar quality of the pizza was a stark departure from the expectations I had when placing the order.

Adding insult to injury, the French Fries were excessively salty, rendering them nearly inedible. To make matters worse, the absence of ketchup only emphasized the overall lack of attention to customer satisfaction.

This experience has been a complete letdown, and it is disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism and commitment to delivering a quality dining experience. I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before considering The Dugout Cafe for their dining needs.

I had ordered redbull and the glass had cheese remnant so i told them to get it changed then they gave new glass in which a fly came and dropped on glass. When i asked for bill the person randomly says 950 out of nowhere when i asked bill they said they dont provide and then i counted everything it came to around 550 but they charged 700 saying i drank 2 redbull and i clearly drank half a can of redbull in total and when i said i drank only one they said you used 2 redbull. on top of it when i said i wont visit again then the cashier said no need to visit again thank you. Went there to catch up with some friends. Had one of the worst experiences. The host played loud music all the time which makes it impossible to hold an conversation with friends. Also, the Alfredo pasta that we ordered was sweet..so sweet that it tasted like kheer with oregano with it. It was very disappointing. We also asked them to lower the volume twice which they would initially and then slowly increase it back to as it was.
