Zorko brand of food lover - Best cafe in akota — Restaurant in Gujarat

There is a new owner to this cafe, and the staff is not just rude but misbehaves too. They keep music so loud when cafe is not full, and when you ask them to lower the volume the guy who works in the kitchen doesn't bother, on complaining the owner is also not bothered. Firstly there is hardly anyone visiting this cafe, and if does the staff and the owner doesn't have courtesy to be polite. One of the worst place to visit in Vadodara. The previous owner was not just humble but she knew how to run a cafe...if there is an option to give no star would have done that. The first rule of hospitality industry is to be polite and listen to the customer. They also have audacity to ask you not to visit the cafe again.They lack both ...that is why the cafe has noone coming ....poor service, poor hospitality minus rating. Moms Of Vadodara has done couple of events at this cafe when it was owned by Jayshree had great experience, now there is someone else who sits here, not bothered about how customer is treated by staff. Most of the time the owner is not seen attending customers and above it when complained she is not bothered rather asks people to leave and go...Our Community of Moms gives Zorko Akota minus rating for hospitality and it is definately not recommended anymore to moms...they need to learn etiquettes!!!!the wife of new owner needs to know how to handle customer complains ..We are not doing any further events here....poor language, bad behaviour...A big No to visit...

I visited this branch yesterday . Total 3 person including me . First of all mojito ke name PE majak hai seriously. Over all food taste is ok ok i don't like .
