The food was what they are charging is not upto the mark. In unlimited stuff first soup is not so good not so bad. I left half because I don't feel good in taste. Than what they show in Instagram reels and in digital marketing which is totally different. In unlimited stuff fried fryms (trikoniya bhungda) once they served in next time I asked for repeat it staff says it was over they have no left but when after dinner I gone for hand wash I saw full of basket of the same (if you don't want to serve ask directly no to customer). Then I have to wait 10 mins for getting my main course plate in those time I twice asked for the same but no proper response from serving staff. After that main course plate is served in which paneer is worst than what you eat in marriage and mix veg sabji be like half cooked. What they promote through Instagram influencer is unlimited gulab jamun and papad which was served 15 minutes after main plate but I have no problem of quality in only that section. First time naan roti served is not proper hot but I think it will not repeat so don't complaint but in next 2 time they served worst naan than first one so complain to owner and owner asked to change with hotter one which is good thing that owner had done good job. But all this thing happened due to which I have lost my interest in food so I asked to serve rice and dal which was about to below average but one person from staff is noticed that so he tried to serve gulab jamun often when I raise any issues in service and food which is bad thing. Read moreThey do not know what hospitality is. Went with a friend for dinner, ordered the unlimited thali which included appetiser, starter, main course and dessert. Entered the restaurant around 7:30pm food was served around 7:45ish, asked for the second serving of soup received it, but they kept interrupting asking to start the main course, to which I said to serve after sometime, the second time when they asked, again told them to serve the main course after a few minutes to which the waiter told me to hurry up a little because there are people out in the waiting, mind you that it has only been 15-20mins at the time when we started having the second serving of soup at that time, I asked the waiter is there an time limit to eat here, he said it’s just that people are waiting out. If it would have been a while and we were stuck on one dish I understand, but just 15-20 mins in the second serve and they were asking us to speed up and upon hearing this the owner came and asked what happened, told him what was going on to which even he asked us to speed up stating that another table that order at the same time as is already being served the rice so we are slow and because of that there are people waiting, again only 15-20 mins in. I asked him if there is a time limit in which we have to complete, he repeated the same thing to which I asked him to just bill the amount as we were not interested in eating with a time limit, to which his reaction was very poor, was like whatever, told us to just go because they don’t want to charge for just soup. They prioritise business over hospitality. I understand that it was a holiday evening and there will be rush, but rushing a customer to eat fast within just 15-20 mins of starting is not Resturant...

We were keep waiting for one hour(830pm to 9:30pm) and when we got our table i found that people who are before us waiting for their food from 1.5 hours though they had reserved their table. I had already given my order in advance to save the time. When i asked them to serve the soup the team was taking time to bring on table. The restorent cashier and manager were fumblimg and clue less to manage their kitchen staff. When i asked them to reason for such delay in order they replied they are unable to manage the crowd and keep people waiting for food for half and hour. They were keeping focus on online order. I left my table after waiting for 1hour 15 minutes and inform restorent manager without having food. I suggest owner of stuff should regularly review the kitchen staff and timing for customer services. The alignment between kitchen and customer should be syncronise.
