I had a very disappointing experience. Many items listed on the menu were unavailable, and when I inquired, the manager informed me that those items were not actually prepared there, despite being listed. Some of the unavailable items included samosas, paneer pakoda, spring rolls (they claimed only one spring roll was available), and burgers.

Additionally, the taste of the food was bad. The pav served with the pav-bhaji was small and hard, and the bhaturas resembled papad in both texture and taste. The sambhar lacked any recognizable flavor and was bland and tasteless. Manchurian balls were super hard. Chilly paneer and Manchurian gravy seemed tasteless.

To make matters worse, the manager and staff's behaviour was not polite. They responded to my queries in an arrogant tone, making it seem as though my visit on a Sunday was an inconvenience to them, even though the outlet was nearly empty at the time.

The air conditioning was also not functioning properly, and when I brought it up with the concerned person, he casually mentioned that it was turned and wouldn't be turned on again.

Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience, and I would not recommend this place.

These are the product I got online through Zomato, first I ordered 1 kg box but they delivered 2 box of 500 gms, I took it to gurudwara , there when they opened it , it was totally rotten , , after complaining to Zomato I went to this branch , they were laughing and saying no problem we will give u something else , then I took this box to the golf course road gurgoan branch , they clearly said they cannot do anything about it as it's not from their branch , when I shouted that is the owner of bikanerwala different for both stores , then a person said u , may have kept in fridge , I said within 2 hours I am here in ur place and what the hell you are saying , then I asked is this product a packaged one or you pack here , he said packaged one , but when I said then were is the manufacturer date and expiry , he had no words , he said may me the delivery boy took the sticker out , then just he said pls leave it here we will put on the complaint , that's what is Bikanerwala and our Fssai system offering licence without keeping a check , had posted even the missing bar code label with manufacturing...

NOT GOOD It is located in cyber city building DLF 5. The staff is least bothered about the customer experience. They are not listening to customers rather involved in their own things. The ambience is ok but congested. Feels like sitting in a fish market. AC was not working properly. The food is ok but cold. I ordered Paneer Dosa n Idli Sambhar. They gave me Paper Dosa. When told the issue they said we will get it in another 10 min. They did finally served me Paneer Dosa but atfer waiting for quite a lot of time. Sambhar n Idlis were cold as if served out of a fridge. After I told them the issue they just put all these food items in the oven n served me back but were still not hot. Prices are at par with other Bikanerwala outlets. Accepts cards for payments. Not Disable friendly. Washrooms are not there. Not...
