I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful retreat, and I simply cannot sing enough praises about my experience. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, every aspect of my stay was nothing short of exceptional. One person, in particular, made a significant impact on my overall experience, and that person is Amar, the caretaker of this marvelous place.

The accommodations were incredibly comfortable, with attention paid to every little detail. It was evident that the retreat had been meticulously designed to ensure maximum relaxation.

However, what truly set this place apart was the outstanding service provided by Amar. From the very beginning, his warm and welcoming nature made me feel right at home. He went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. His knowledge and passion for the retreat were evident in his dedication to providing exceptional care to every guest.

Good stay and clean property. Staff is helpful and it has all the basic amenities. Amaldeep was the attendant and was helpful throughout the stay. Management is very unresponsive and charged us for small damages like cracked drinking water glass that we didn’t do, so beware of that. Very small amount but spoilt the whole experience of the stay. We originally booked a 2 bhk and they took the booking online but when we showed up at the property it was unavailable. They offered us a 1 bhk and a studio to accommodate and we had to accept as we had no option to move anywhere else at that point. Got different stories about the unavailability of 2 bhk from different people we spoke to on the call. First one said that there was problem with the bathroom and it take a few hours to fix and then the next person called and mentioned that someone else booked at the same time as us. I stayed at Olive Service Apartments with 3 kids, while on a leisure trip. I still remember the excitement all my kids had right from the moment they stepped inside the house. A very well maintained, well stocked and comfortable property. Proximity to MG Road and Sikandarpur metro is a great advantage. Being in a residential area, it was peaceful stay, security provisins (security cams, secured access to entry/exit gates) were a welcome relief. Right from the point of booking the stay to heckling out, property managers and staff remained in touch through proactive messaging and over phone. Caretaker, Mr. Amardeep was very assuring, while Proprty Managers and Senior Staff; Mr. Saheb Singh and Aniket also remained attentive and ensured that the stay remained pleasent.
