Worst food. In thali, I got pre cooked (not freshly made) tandoori roti which was re-heated to pretend it is served freshly hot. Dal makhani was not tasty, unlike other bikanerwala outlets in delhi. Uttapam was not cooked properly. Worst service. Waiters/Housekeeping staff are roaming idle, not serving food to customers, even when there is no rush. Flies everywhere inside- cleanliness also not maintained by them. They say it's self service but 1 waiter was seen serving food later to some family. No uniform policy. Supervisor does not know how to efficiently utilize their staff. How can customers enjoy having food when service is poor and food quality is poor! I wasted my money, I should have seen previous reviews of people before planning to visit this outlet. Reviews posted are not good, and supervisors are not ensuring to...
Read moreI recently visited Bikaner Wala and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I ordered Bhalla Papdi and Mix Uttapam, but both dishes were beyond disgusting. The dahi in the Bhalla Papdi had a foul odor, indicating it was far from fresh. As for the Mix Uttapam, it was supposed to have a variety of vegetables, but it was completely plain, lacking any vegetables whatsoever.
To make matters worse, when I brought this to the staff's attention, their response was shockingly unprofessional. They told me that they serve bad food because customers don't provide feedback. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for their patrons.
I strongly advise avoiding Bikaner Wala until they significantly improve their food quality and...
Read moreI’ve been visiting this particular Bikanervala outlet for over two decades, especially during my trips to Gurgaon. In its early years, the quality and service were excellent and met a high standard. Unfortunately, it has significantly declined over time and no longer lives up to the benchmark it once set. I won’t be returning here for chaat or traditional sweets. Thankfully, I ordered only a paneer pakoda, a plate of moong dal halwa, and a mixed veg uttapam—priced at an unreasonable ₹240—on my mother’s insistence. The sweet lassi tasted more like plain curd. This was subpar quality at a premium price. Definitely not...
